US domestic shipping

Our jewelry is handmade and produced to order. This will usually take between 1-3 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail Service to ship domestic orders with a flat fee of $10.

International shipping

We use UPS International Service to ship international orders. Please get in touch with us at myfrankieandeugene@gmail.com to request a shipping quote.

Returns

Our standard online order return period is 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Custom orders are non-returnable. To request a return, please contact us at myfrankieandeugene@gmail.com with the items for return/exchange, order number, and contact details. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Shipping fees are excluded from the refund. All items purchased under sale or final sale are non-refundable.
